LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Renbahn shall have absolutely no liability in connection with the website content including any liability for damage to your product resulting from the information or the lack of information available on the Renbahn website.

Renbahn PTY LTD shall have NO liability for:

Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence or for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or inaccuracies in correlating to the site material.
Any errors, omission, or inaccuracies in or relating to the site material regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery
Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the site material
Any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of the internet generally
In no event shall Renbahn be liable for any for any special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages for any loss or profits, goodwill, use or other intangible losses including negligence, whether remote, proximate or foreseeable, and whether or not Renbahn has been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.

THIRD PARTY WARRANTY INFORMATION
Components and parts not made or manufactured by Renbahn (third party) are not covered by the Renbahn and default to the respective manufacturer’s warranty program.

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders that are cancelled by client once delivered will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Special orders on clients request WILL NOT be able to be returned for a refund or credit.

Products that have been couriered to a client, will at the clients own cost and a courier of Renbahn’s choice be sent back to Renbahn in case of order cancellation.
